SD (Secure Digital) cards are small, fast, and high capacity.  But, they can be hard to utilize on a PC without a USB-based SD card reader.  Thus, it is frustrating to fill up your SD card with photos or files and only then remember you cannot transfer them to the computer because you did not bring the reader.

I've been searching for a SD card to offer with the uIEC, one that offered an attractive capacity, economical price, and high value.  I feel the Sandisk Ultra II + USB offers these qualities.  1 GB stores over 6,000 D64 disk images (170kB per image), while the attached USB adapter makes moving files from a PC to the uIEC a snap.  No external reader required.  Although not an issue on the uIEC, the card sports 9MB/10MB per second read/write capability, so copying files from the PC moves swiftly.
